[1]Terms

The terms, in plain words.

Last updated 27 August 2026. Using Wrightebook means you agree to these.

What you own

You own the manuscripts, covers and exported files you make with Wrightebook, and you may sell them anywhere. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for the disclosures your store requires; we give you the sources and the AI-disclosure line, you make the final call.

Credits and billing

Credits are shown before every action and charged as shown; failed runs refund the unused part. Paid plans renew monthly through Polar, our Merchant of Record, and can be cancelled any time — the plan runs to the end of the paid period and unused credits roll over for up to three months’ worth. The free plan’s 80 credits are granted once. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wrightebook to produce material that infringes someone else’s rights, that deceives readers about facts you know to be false, or that a store you publish on prohibits. Do not upload books you do not have the right to edit. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our responsibilities and limits

We work to keep the service available and your books safe, and we keep versions at every approval and export. Wrightebook is provided as is; AI output can be wrong, which is why every claim is cited or labelled unverified. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we will email account holders first. Wrightebook · hello@wrightebook.com. See also the Privacy policy.
